On June 20, the Converged Media Industry College was inaugurated at Yichang Vocational College of Science and Technology.

　　It was learntthat the Converged Media Industry College was jointly established by Yichang Vocational College of Science and Technology, Yichang Three Gorges Film and Television Media Co., Ltd., and Hubei Doule Technology Development Co., Ltd. The college will focus on the key tasks of modern vocational education system construction and reformand base itselfon actual projects, such as talent co-cultivation, joint construction of industry-education integration practice centers, joint development of core professional courses, joint development of new forms of teaching materials, and Converged media innovation and entrepreneurship, to jointly carry out customized talentand skill training, widely explore the integrated modeof work and studyfor students and build the industrial college into a comprehensive and demonstrativeeducation platform integrating professional construction, talent training, applied research, innovation andentrepreneurshipthrough the steady promotion ofmodern industrial collegeconstruction.
