On July 16, a warm welcome ceremony was held in Zhijiang County to greet the arrival of the Jiacha youths from Xizang, who have embarked on their employment journey in Yichang. Concurrently, the Zhijiang Base for Off-Campus Employment of College Graduates from Jiacha County, Xizang, was officially unveiled.

　　A total of 68 youths, with an average age of 22, came to Zhijiang County for employment this time.

　　At the grand welcoming ceremony, officials from Zhijiang County made a solemn commitment to the youths arriving from Xizang, promising them access to the finest enterprises, the most promising job opportunities, and unparalleled services, all aimed at facilitating their seamless integration, stability, and flourishing in Zhijiang. Before the ceremony, the Xizang youths embarked on a tour of the Zhijiang Electronic Information Industrial Park, gaining invaluable, hands-on experience of the intricate production processes within the factory workshops. This excursion also served as an opportunity for them to familiarize themselves with the work and living environments that await them in Zhijiang. Subsequently, the youths ventured into the picturesque Jinhu Wetland Park, where they indulged in the natural beauty, ecological diversity, and rich cultural heritage of Zhijiang. The highlight of the excursion was undoubtedly the shared experience of performing the vibrant Xizang folk dance, Guozhuang Dance, together with the native residents, fostering a sense of camaraderie and cultural exchange. Prior to their arrival, Zhijiang Huaxin Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. and Duoer Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. had already ventured to Jiacha County in Xizang, conducting rigorous recruitment interviews and successfully securing employment agreements with enthusiastic applicants, laying the groundwork for a smooth transition and prosperous future for the Tibetan youth in Zhijiang.

　　It is understood that this is the most ambitious collective employment aid endeavor to Xizang made by Hubei Province since its launching the comprehensive employment support program. Jiacha County has reached a significant milestone, having successfully established two robust employment hubs and a thriving entrepreneurship center in Yichang. This collaborative endeavor boasts a formidable workforce of 119 market-oriented employees, who are actively driving growth and contributing to the local economy.
