Over the past three years, Yichang has absorbed a total of 166 young job seekers from Shannan, Xizang. Among them, 5 are employed in public institutions and 161 in private enterprises. These individuals have an average age of 23, with 87% holding a college degree or higher. In 2024, 108 young people from Gyaca County have secured employment in Yichang. Prior to starting their positions, these newly employed individuals will undergo targeted training from professional skills instructors. Chen Aiguo, a member of the Yichang Xizang Aid Work Team, who is also a member of the standing committee of the county Party committee and deputy county head of Gyaca County, emphasized that the aid team plays a crucial role in establishing connections and actively expanding and stabilizing job opportunities. Currently, Gyaca's external employment efforts have shifted from targeted recruitment by state-owned enterprises to market-oriented organized groups, forming a collaborative work pattern where human resources lead the way in job expansion, enterprises provide opportunities, and both regions offer joint services. This has resulted in a favorable environment for talent development in Xizang and high-quality employment in Yichang. (Reporter/Zhang Xiaojun)
