　　The 92nd Annual Meeting of the International Commission on Large Dams was held in New Delhi, India, from September 27th to October 3rd, 2024. Flood Risk Assessment, a technical bulletin authored by Huang Yan, a Professor-level Senior Engineer and President of China Three Gorges University (CTGU), along with her team, was unanimously approved and officially released at the conference. This bulletin not only represents the forefront of research in flood risk assessment globally but also signifies a pivotal achievement of CTGU in formulating international hydraulic engineering standards, thereby bolstering the international standing of China in hydraulic engineering and hydropower.
