By constructing or renovating production lines, workshops, and factories, advanced factories are created with extensive connections between production units, deeply integrated information operations, full utilization of data elements, and efficiently empowered by innovative applications. The “Several Policies and Measures for High-Quality Development of the Digital Economy in Hubei Province” released in 2023 proposes that newly designated provincial-level 5G factories will receive a one-time subsidy of 300,000yuan.
