According to the Yichang Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the basic pension standard for urban and rural residents in Yichang will be increased by 20 yuan per person per month. As the increase should have started on July 1, backdated payments for the period from July to October will be included in November’s pension, with all payments expected to be finalized by the end of the month.
