　　On November 22, the Changjiang Water Resources Commission (CWRC) and China Three Gorges University (CTGU) signed a strategic partnership agreement. The aim of this agreement is to further support the advancement of CTGU's leading hydraulic engineering disciplines, deepen their cooperation, and foster mutual growth. Both parties will pool their high-quality resources to engage in a range of activities, such as collaborating on major scientific research projects, building a digital twin of the Yangtze River, and nurturing talent.
