　　Recently, the on-site promotion conference on adhering to and developing the “Fengqiao Experience” in the new era and advancing its practice among all trade unions at home was held in Zhuji City, Zhejiang Province. At the conference, the Yichang Municipal Federation of Trade Unions’ “‘Closed-Loop’ Resolution of Labor Disputes for Both Matter Resolution and Psychological Satisfaction” was listed as one of the top ten model cases of trade unions’ practice of the “Fengqiao Experience” in the new era.

　　The Yichang Municipal Federation of Trade Unions has effectively promoted the establishment of a system for resolving labor disputes in line with the “Fengqiao Experience” through various means. They have created a comprehensive closed-loop process of “Dispute Prevention, Diversified Dispute Resolution and Post-Mediation Assistance”. They have established a dispute prevention system, including risk prediction and early warning mechanisms, as well as a mechanism to identify and resolve hidden disputes. By integrating information from multiple sources, they took the trade unions as the stations to effectively prevent risks and hidden disputes in labor relations. Additionally, they have built a multi-faceted dispute mediation and resolution system and further enhanced the post-mediation assistance mechanism through various strategies.
