The Yichang Municipal Federation of Trade Unions has effectively promoted the establishment of a system for resolving labor disputes in line with the “Fengqiao Experience” through various means. They have created a comprehensive closed-loop process of “Dispute Prevention, Diversified Dispute Resolution and Post-Mediation Assistance”. They have established a dispute prevention system, including risk prediction and early warning mechanisms, as well as a mechanism to identify and resolve hidden disputes. By integrating information from multiple sources, they took the trade unions as the stations to effectively prevent risks and hidden disputes in labor relations. Additionally, they have built a multi-faceted dispute mediation and resolution system and further enhanced the post-mediation assistance mechanism through various strategies.
