To stabilize employment, the government will focus on job creation through industrial development, project construction, investment attraction and encouraging returned entrepreneurs to start businesses. Efforts will also be made to promote green employment. A youth employment development plan will be implemented, with increased assistance to enhance employability, resulting in the availability of at least 5,100 internship positions throughout the year. Yichang will also encourage local employment for those who have been lifted out of poverty and vigorously develop the labor brand economy.
