Yichang ranks third in 2024 top 100 domestic cities of consumer satisfaction

On March 13, the China Consumer Association released the “2024 Consumer Satisfaction Evaluation Report of 100 Cities”. Yichang achieved an impressive score of 89.91, securing third place among the 100 domestic cities evaluated. Since being included in the national consumer satisfaction assessment in 2019, Yichang has consistently ranked in the top ten for three consecutive years. The 2024 result marks the first time Yichang has entered the national top three, ranking first among 39 Type II cities and 24 cities in central China.
