Angel Yeast Co Ltd made the list with a brand value of 2.6268 billion yuan, according to the 2025 China Brand Value Evaluation Information released recently. It rose from the third place last year to the first in the food processing and manufacturing category. Its brand strength is 914, maintaining the top position in the category.

　　The leading products of Angel Yeast, yeast and deep-processed products, have been widely used in fields such as baking and fermented pasta, food seasoning, brewing, and human nutrition and health after more than 30 years of development. The total production capacity of the yeast series exceeds 450,000 tons, accounting for 55% of the domestic market and over 20% of the global market. The scale of yeast products ranks second globally.
