Recently, the Three Gorges Dam Tourist Area welcomed its one-millionth visitor of 2025. According to the reservation system, the “lucky guest” was Ms. Lolita from Germany.

　　As Yichang’s first national 5A-class tourist attraction, the Three Gorges Dam has long been a popular destination for both domestic and international travelers. During the May Day holiday, it welcomed a record-breaking 155,500 visitors. As of May 14, the total numberof visitors for the year had reached 1.0757 million, marking a 7.67% increase compared to the same period last year.
