On May 30, Ms. Yuan, from a Yichang-based brand management company successfully completed company registration for employee social insurance and opened both social and medical insurance accounts at the Wujia District Administrative Service Center. This marks the first successful case of Yichang’s new “Integrated Urban Social Security Services” initiative.

　　Building on previous convenience measures, the Yichang Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security launched this new initiative improved upon the previous one to further streamline services. The first batch of 12 high-frequency social security service items can now be processed directly at district-level administrative service centers across Yichang, with authorization and document issuance handled at a nearby location, making it easier and more convenient for both enterprises and residents to access essential services.
