On July 1, the 62-day 2025 national railway summer travel season officially began. From July 1 to August 31, Yichangdong Railway Station will implement the third-quarter timetable for 2025. A new G1990 train (0.5 pair) is added from Yichangdong to Zhengzhoudong, filling the gap for direct high-speed trains to Zhengzhou after 2 p.m. The G511 train from Beijingxi to Hankou will be extended to Yichangdong, increasing Beijing-Yichang services to seven daily trips. Additionally, new K6168/9 and K6170/67 trains will runfrom Yichangdong to Wuchang, with stops at Zaoyang, Suizhou, Anlu and Yunmeng stations previously without direct service. (Reporter/Deng Yuqin)
