Recently, the Department of Science and Technology of Hubei Province released the 2025 list of “New Species” innovation-driven enterprises, companies distinguished by novel technologies, industries, business models and formats that lead the drive for high-quality development in the province’s sci-tech sector.A total of 57 Yichang-based firms were named to the “Gazelle Enterprises” list, which recognizes innovative companies that have leapt over the “valley of death” in their early startup phase and entered rapid growth.
