In a significant technological advancement, Yichang Qingkui Robot Technology Co Ltd is preparing to export its cutting-edge AI-powered chemical robots to Singapore—a major milestone for Yichang’s AI robotics industry.

The company’s self-developed, fully automated organic synthesis robot, capable of uninterrupted process operation, is scheduled to complete debugging by the end of September. It will then be shipped to the Institute of Materials Engineering Research, which belongs to Singapore’s largest comprehensive research organization, the Agency for Science, Technology and Research. This deployment marks the first overseas use of an AI chemical robot developed in Yichang. Designed for synthesizing and screening novel materials, the robot can operate autonomously 24 hours a day. It efficiently handles reagent processing, precise sample additions, and organic synthesis experiments, with a daily capacity of up to 800 sets and an error rate of less than 2%. This technology is expected to greatly improve experimental efficiency and safety. In May of this year, the Singaporean partner signed a memorandum of understanding with the Yichang-based company, with the first unit scheduled for delivery in October.
