Chen Honghui, deputy secretary of the CPC Yichang Municipal Committee and mayor, held a meeting with the delegation led by Algeier Dietmar, head of Ludwigsburg County, Germany. The two sides signed the Three-Year Cooperation Action Plan.

　　Chen Honghui reviewed the fruitful achievements of the cooperation between the two sides. He pointed out that Yichang is currently building itself into a piloting pivot city in Hubei Province under the strategy of “being guided by dual carbon goals, empowering development through hub advantages, and strengthening industries for city development”, aiming to reach trillion-level GDP. He hoped that the 30th anniversary of the sister-city relationship will serve as an opportunity to deepen cooperation in fields such as scientific and technological innovation, culture, tourism, and education.

　　Algeier Dietmar affirmed Yichang’s advantageous location, industrial strength, and development potential, expressing a desire to continuously strengthen exchanges and promote mutual benefit and win-win cooperation.
