The technological achievement, “Domestic Production and Year-round Flowering Technology for Lily and Tulip Bulbs,”jointly developed by Angel Yeast CoLtd, was recentlyrecognized in the 2025 Agricultural “Spark Technology”catalog issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs.

　　This achievement represents a breakthrough in addressing industrial bottlenecks, including low bulb propagation efficiency and challenges in regulating flowering periods, through the innovative application of yeast metabolites, thereby ending a foreign monopoly. As aninitiative directly supporting Hubei’s objective of establishing a nationally prominent green floriculture industry cluster, the technology’s successful application has revitalized the regional fresh-cut lily and tulip market, highlighting Yichang’s substantial advancements in agricultural science and technology innovation and its ongoing industrial transformation.
