On November 10, Yichang Sanxia International Airport launched a new direct flight route connecting Dalian, Yichang and Thailand’s Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport, marking the first direct flight from Yichang to Thailand’s primary international airport, Suvarnabhumi Airport, since Yichang expanded its aviation port to international access.

　　Operated by Hainan Airlines, the route is scheduled every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. The flight details are as follows: Flight HU7943 departs Dalian at 08:30 and arrives in Yichang at 11:00; it then takes off from Yichang at 12:10 and lands at Suvarnabhumi Airport at 14:35 local time. The return flight, HU7944, departs from Suvarnabhumi Airport at 15:35 local time, arrives in Yichang at 20:00, then takes off again at 21:15 before finally arriving in Dalian at 23:50.
