On December 11, the Yichang Overseas Friendship Association completed its leadership transition. Zhang Jin’an, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Yichang Municipal Committee and head of the United Front Work Department, was elected as the new president. Concurrently, the association launched the “Yichang Tour for Compatriots from Hong Kong, Macao and Overseas.”

　　The meeting outlined the association’s future priorities: to further unite compatriots at home and abroad, pool wisdom and strength and build platforms for cooperation, thereby contributing to Yichang’s development. In the coming days, guests from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and overseas Chinese communities will visit Dangyang County and the Yichang High-Tech Zone to observe Yichang’s development achievements firsthand and explore potential collaboration opportunities.
