China Resources (Holdings) Co Ltd (China Resources Group) has entered its first cooperation with Yichang by signing separate agreements with Yichang City Development Investment Group Co Ltd and Juneyao (Group) Co Ltd, respectively, to develop two CR MIXC commercial projects. One landmark complex will be built in Wujiagang District to serve the Yichang-Jingzhou-Jingmen-Enshi city cluster, while the other, to be developed jointly with Juneyao Group, will create Yichang’s “urban living room” at Dananmen.
