Since the beginning of the first quarter of this year, the Three Gorges Hub has operated a total of 3,128 ship lockand lift chambers, handled 9,212 vessel transits, and achieved a total cargo throughput of 36.233 million metric tons. It has ensured the safe and convenient passage of 9.834 million metric tons of livelihood materials through the dam.
