Since its launch last September, Yichang’s “one-stop portal” for business-friendly policies has registered 222,600 enterprises and distributed a total of 918 million yuan in subsidy funds, benefiting 12,700 companies, with 47.77% of the funds disbursed through an “apply-free and instant-access” mechanism.

　　The platform integrates five key functions: policy aggregation, fund distribution, service handling, value-added services, and appeals, enabling “centralized access, one-click access, and online processing” for business-friendly policies. To date, 11 policies have been rolledout for smart “apply-free and instant-access” matching, 20 funding items are available for “apply-and-receive” processing, over 16,000 policy reminder text messages have been delivered, and the platform has received nearly 110,000 visits.

　　The platform will continue to carry out campaigns in industrial parks, enterprises and commercial districts, normalizing a model of “policies seeking businesses and funds reaching them directly,” demonstrating Yichang’s positive utilization of digital resources to optimize the business environment and stimulate market vitality.
