　　On April 1, Russian tourists take part in a cultural exchange at the Xiling Campus of Yichang Foreign Language Primary School.

　　During the Qingming Festival holiday, nearly 1,000 overseas tourists from more than ten countries and regions, including Singapore, the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada, flocked to Yichang. On April 1, 103 Russian tourists visited Xiling Gorge and Mingcui Valley, and engaged in cultural exchanges with Chinese children at the Xiling Campus of Yichang Foreign Language Primary School during four nights and five days. The Yichang Sanxia International Airport has opened direct flights, and the 100-plus-member Russian tour group now visits once a week. Tour groups from Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore and other countries have also visited scenic spots such as the Three Gorges Tribe Scenic Area. Yichang has successively promoted itself in source markets including Vietnam and Russia, leading 160 overseas tour operators to list in-depth experience products.
