The 2026 Yichang Cultural Tourism Promotion & National Travel Agent FAM Tour was held as scheduled from April 13 to 17. More than 150 high-quality travel agents from key source markets across the country, leading OTA platforms, cultural tourism industry associations, mainstream media outlets, and heads of cultural tourism departments from fellow cities and prefectures of Hubei Province gathered in Yichang.

　　The Yichang Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism carefully selected Yichang’s most representative flagship attractions, including the Three Gorges Dam, Three Gorges Tribe Scenic Area and Qingjiang River Gallery, and integrated them into a four-day familiarization itinerary, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the natural landscapes and cultural heritage of Yichang. More than 50 local cultural tourism enterprises, together with travel agents from across the country, communicated with one another to exchange products and align on market needs. During the promotion, Yichang also jointly launched three inter-provincial and inter-city boutique travel routes with cities including Zhangjiajie, Wuhan, Xiangyang, Shiyan, Jingzhou, Jingmen, Enshi and Shennongjia. These routes closely integrate the cultural veins of Hubei and Hunan provinces, ecological secrets, and the ancient charm of the Three Kingdoms, further promoting regional resource sharing, joint route promotion, and mutual market benefits.
