On April 24, Hubei Three Gorges Laboratory released 12 major scientific and technological achievements in fields such as advanced new chemical materials, new energy batteries and electronic chemicals. Many of these technologies have reached internationally advanced levels, with several projects successfully breaking foreign technological monopolies. The laboratory has assembled 567 researchers, overcome more than 70 “bottleneck” technical challenges, and signed 60 technology agreements worth 269 million yuan. Construction of the lab’s second phase is now accelerating, aiming to facilitate the transition of scientific achievements “from the lab to the production line” and to support high-quality industrial development through technological innovation.
