The Chinese Sturgeon Garden is located on the island of in the center of the Huangbohe River in the Yiling District, Yichang City, where the Chinese sturgeons as a first-class national protected animal are raised. This garden is one of the first National 3A-class Scenic Spots with the total area of 20,000 km2, consisting of the sturgeon museum, the specimen museum, the crocodile museum, the tropical fish museum, the aquarium gallery, the exhibition hall and the production workshop(to be opened). Here the tourists can find various sizes of "Water Panda"--Chinese sturgeon and over ten types of sturgeons collected from all around the world as well as the Chinese alligators, the saltwater crocodiles, the Chinese suckers and various tropical fishes and unique species collected from the Yangtze River.
