A corner of the Zhengzhou-Wanzhou High-speed Railway Yixing Connecting Line Construction Project on November 28. The project starts at Yichang East Railway Station and connects Yiling District and Xingshan County to Zhengzhou-Wanzhou High-speed Railway. It is expected to be completed and opened to traffic in 2025. After its completion, it will serve a new east-bound high-speed rail channel for the Sichuan-Chongqing area, greatly shortening the traveling time from Yichang to Chongqing, Chengdu and other places and further promoting the green and high-quality development of Yichang and cities along the line.
