On August 23, the journey of “Daka China 2022—Exploring Magnificent Landmarks in Yichang and ‘Splendid Three Gorges’ Online International Communication” was officially declared open in Yichang, Hubei Province, as is the fourth stop of the event.

　　Centering on the theme of presenting the culture of the Yangtze River, this activity is held to reveal the beautiful scenery of the Three Gorges in Yichang section of the River, the unique cultural customs and the life of people living here, as well as the living intangible cultural heritages of this piece of land, and demonstrate the Yangtze River culture to the international netizens, with the goal of introducing and popularizing the abundant tourist resources and profound cultural deposits to the world to attract the tourists from all over the globe.

　　The opening ceremony was held on the deck of the “Yangtze Three Gorges No. 1 Cruiser” berthed at Yichang Port.

　　Along with the journey, the visitors can enjoy the beautiful scenery, such as the Gezhouba Dam on the Yangtze River, the Stone Carvings, the Ancient Army Fort, and the famous shadow-puppet-like stones.

　　The performers from Hubei Three Gorges Performing Group sang an excerpt of Ode to Pear Blossom, a traditional Peking Opera, for the guests. Kim Joon-Beom, a Korean influencer, and Tamo, a Georgian influencer on Bilibili, had a friendly interaction with them.

　　Max, one of the international influencers, talked about his “Chinese Dream”. “I am very excited to introduce Yichang City to my Latin American audience,” he said.
