Zigui County received navel oranges buyers from ten countries to an international and domestic procurement event from April 21 to 22. A total of 78 buyers from ten countries, including Saudi Arabia, the Philippines, Thailand and Malaysia,signed procurement agreements with local enterprises for 48,000 metric tons of Lunwan navel oranges and processed products, the total contract valueof which exceeded700 million yuan. The event featured a guided tour to the “Navel Orange Cultural Tourism” integrated development demonstration site in Shuitianba Township, where buyers assessed the potential of local agro-tourism.
