On May 6, the container yard and docks at Zhicheng Port operated by Yichang Port Group were bustling with continuous operation.

　　From January to April this year, Yichang Port Group achieved a total cargo throughput of 10.6857 million tons, marking a 5.21% year-on-year increase. Container throughput also rose to 89,100 TEUs, up 2.78% compared to the same period last year. The port’s production and operations remain strong, demonstrating steady growth.
