On July 10, aerial photography captured a section of the newly completed Huaxi Road extension, which has now been fully connected and is set to open to traffic soon. As a key part of Yichang’s “four vertical and six horizontal” expressway network, Huaxi Road serves not only as a critical traffic artery for Yichang, known as a town with upgradedhigh-speed railways, but also as a major express corridor linking the downtown to the Yichang North Station.
