Early autumn has brought the harvest season for vegetables grown on the high-altitude tableland of Yuntaihuang, known as the “Roof of Zigui”. With an average annual temperature of around 20°C and cool summers, the area’s cool climate and ample sunlight make it a natural production base for high-altitude, off-season vegetables.
