The upper Yangtze River reservoir group, with the Three Gorges Reservoir at its core, successfully completed its annual water storage task by 8:00 a.m. on October24, reaching a record totalstoragecapacity of 108.1 billion cubic meters,setting a new historical high, according to the Yangtze River Water Resources Commission of the Ministry of Water Resources.
