The newly established globalcaviar processing center at Qingjiang Sturgeon Valleyin Yidu County

　　On October 22, The 10th International Symposium on Sturgeon(ISS) was held in Yichang. During the symposium, Hubei Qingjiang Sturgeon Valley Special Fisheries CoLtddemonstratedits comprehensive production facilities, advanced processing technologies and integrated supplychain.

　　Qingjiang Sturgeon Valley is home to over 1.1 million sturgeons of 26 different species, with an annual caviar output exceeding 100 tons. The company’s newly establishedglobalcaviar processing center is set to commence operations soon, which will increase processing capacity by three to five times.
