On March 13th at busy Yunchi Harbor of Yichang Port Group, the first-phase project of Yunchi Harbor has successfully passed quality acceptance. Since the project was put into trial operation, its container throughput has set a new height, with an aggregated volume of 28645 TEU in this January and February, increasing by 6.0% year on year. After its completion, it will be more conductive to develop the advantages of inland waterways transport, reduce logistics cost of companies, transform and upgrade inland ports, thus, injecting new vitality into the building and developing of Yichang.
