Yichang, a city of piano in China, was decorated brilliantly by the ornamental lights and filled with swaying melodies on the evening of September 15th. The 4th anniversary of the Piano Society of Chinese Musicians Association & the opening concert of the 7th Yangtze River Piano Music Festival were held in the theater of Yichang. Zhou Ji, a member of the standing committee in Hubei provincial committee of CPC and the secretary of Yichang municipal party committee, attended the opening ceremony and made the announcement on the opening day, Zhao Jiping, honorary president of Chinese Musicians Association, made his presence at the opening ceremony, and Meng Weidong, vice president of Chinese Musicians Association, was also present there and gave a speech.
