
On January 6th, the Three Gorges chapter of the first season of "LIVEFUN Angel Traveler"—the "Three Gorges Tribe Scenic Spot Cup" Yichang preliminary—was successfully held in the urban large-scale performance hall Myths Hall. It is the first large live reality show in our country launched by the comprehensive promotion platform of the cultural tourism industry Sing around China. The "Three Gorges Tribe Scenic Spot Cup" Yichang preliminary takes culture and tourism as core.
Cultural notabilities and experts of the cultural tourism industry from Beijing, Wuhan and Yichang, such as Wei Qing, chief director of Sing around China, were present to give some suggestions. In the forms of fashion show, swimsuit show, dress show and talent show, 42 contestants fought for the 15 seats to compete in the next round which will be held in Three Gorges Tribe Scenic Spot.
It is reported that the "LIVEFUN Angel Traveler" is a fashionable cultural tourism competition specifically designed by Sing around China for the promotion of China’s cultural tourism industry. The "LIVEFUN Angel Traveler", together with "Miss Tourism of the Globe" and "Miss Internet of China", is a sister event of Sing around China’s perennial series. Yichang will be the main venue for the national final of this season as it is named the Three Gorges Chapter. The winners will have the opportunity to do continuous live broadcast featuring "scenery, delicacies and beauties" and "material and non-material cultural heritage". They will also be able to create and launch music singles, albums, movies, TV plays and net plays. This competition will pave a new path for sustainable development of the winners and shape the cultural landscape of cultural towns in China’s scenic spots.
At the end of March this year, the 4-day long semifinals and finals will be held in Yichang’s Three Gorges Tribe Scenic Spot. Many well-known national songwriters, film directors, actors, painters, writers, cultural tourism experts, art institutes and the media will gather in Yichang, greatly pushing the promotion of China’s cultural tourism brands.
