The 2018 Yichang Roller Skating to Skating Qualification Trials & Roller Skating Marathon (Yichang Station) came to a successful close in Dianjun District on Oct. 21, and this was the first time for Yichang to have held a national roller skating competition. More than 1,000 athletes and roller skatingenthusiasts from over 20 provinces and cities across the country joined the competition. After a fierce game, Zhang Yao and Dong Yunhua from Guangdong won the championship of men's and women's teams in senior whole marathon, Li Tingyue from Lichuan City won the championship of men's whole marathon of adult group, while Guo Dan (roller skating champion of World Games) won the championship in women's half marathon of adult group. Yichang players Yang Jintao, Qian Yitian and Bu Shiwen won the third place in men's half marathon of adult group, the third place in teenager half marathon of boy group and the second place in children half marathon of girl’s group, respectively.
