On November 4th, GAC Trumpchi 2018 Yichang International Marathon and National Marathon Championship (Yichang Station) kicked off in the Yichang Peace Park. The total number of participants in the whole marathon, half marathon, healthy run (10km) and mini marathon (4.2km) reaches 20,816, including 106 from Ethiopia, Kenya, Czech Republic, Japan, Russia and other countries and regions. After the competition, Ethiopian player Grimma won the men's championship in 2 hours 17 minutes and 07 seconds. The 20-year-old Qinghai player Huang Haiyan won the women's championship in 2 hours, 46 minutes and 28 seconds.
