Under the model of “cooperation project plus villagers plus resource share”, the “Quanfushan Health Care Eco-agriculture Leisure Center” attracts villagers to get involved in the process of building beautiful villages. Relying on the local landscape resources, the spare houses of villagers will be turned into home-stay and leisure houses by unified planning, designing, restoring and running. What’s more, due to the resource share, villagers will finally make money by obtaining rent, salaries and shares.
