　　On June 28, the first passenger car of Yichang CAG Trumpchi Factory was delivered, symbolizing the formal completion of the production line for a new car with a limiting speed of 52 seconds which becomes the leading car production line.

　　The production line, including stamping, welding, coating, final assembly, synthetic resin workshop and relevant supporting facilities, has the design and production capacity of new energy vehicles. Located in the Automobile Industrial Park in Xiaoting District, Yichang GAC Trumpchi Factory covers a total area of about 1400 mu(≈933800 square meters), with a planned construction area of 220,000 square meters and an investment of 3.53 billion yuan. It is the automobile market and service base of GAC Trumpchi in central China.

　　Adhering to the " Industry 4.0 " concept, Yichang GAC Trumpchi has four characteristics: production automation, information digitalization, intelligent management, and intellectual ecologization. Among them, production automation, the combination of leading automated production processes, allows chassis pack, windshield and seat to be achieved 100% automatic installation. It covers information equipment of independent identification, human-computer interaction and sensors, making production more efficient, more accurate and easier. Information digitalization, through the advanced technology of the Internet of Things, achieves the various information digitalization of production workshop management, synchronous development of vehicle models and enterprise management. It creates an efficient transparent factory with full visualization and trace ability. Intelligent management takes the first "intelligent manufacturing execution system" in the industry as the brain to promote intelligent key process equipment, intelligent logistics equipment and intelligent management assistant decision-making; Intellectual ecologization means to greatly reduce the emission of smoke, waste water and exhaust by upgrading equipment and technology, adopting clean energy and many other technologies of water saving and environment protection, so as to build a more eco-friendly factory with less enery and fulfill the social responsibilities.

He added that Yichang GAC Motor is committed to building a world-class intelligent manufacturing leading factory. Its production line can reach a limiting speed of 52 seconds for a new car which becomes the leading role in this fied. At the early stage, the factory mainly produced a new generation of Trumphi GA6, a kind of smart and medium and high-grade car. It is dedicated to creating a uprecedented pleasant mobile experience of medium-grade and high-grade cars. Other A-level and B-level self-owned brand products will also be brought in later.
