From September 11 to 12, the cultural tourism series “Recalling Zhaojun in the Mid-Autumn Full Moon” were held in Xingshan County. More than 300 government officials, guests, experts and scholars from Inner Mongolia, Shanxi, Shaanxi, Henan and Yichang attended these activities.

　　At the opening ceremony of the series on Sept.11, the awarding ceremony “Ode to ZhaoJun” Lyrics Contest, the unveiling ceremony of “Zhaojun Culture and Art Creation Base” and the opening ceremony of exhibitions of “Eternal Zhaojun” series etc. were held.

　　On Sept. 12, Zhaojun Culture High-level Forum was held in Zhaojun Villa. Centering on research, promotion and spread of Zhaojun culture, more than 10 experts and scholars exchanged their ideas with Zhaojun culture enthusiasts, contributing their wisdom to Yichang's strategy of building itself as "Quyuan and Zhaojun's hometown and world famous hydropower city". In the afternoon, the Zhaojun Cultural Tourism Alliance was established, linking nearly 100 million people in 37 counties from five provinces alone Zhaojun’s peace-making marriage route. The alliance will make great efforts to create a national-level boutique cultural tourism route, which will serve as a solid platform for deeper and higher level integrated development Zhaojun culture and tourism in wider scope.
