On October 23, the 2019 Ministerial Seminar on Water Resources Management and Development Planning along the Belt and Road Countrieswas held at the Three Gorges University. Fifteen officials and representatives attended the meeting, who are all from the water resources management and development sectors of those member countries of the “One Belt, One Road” initiative including Grenada, Ethiopia, Lebanon, Egypt, Zambia, Congo (Kinshasa) and Uzbekistan.
