On November 9, Yichang's first fire-fighting robot appeared in public at the launch ceremony of "119 Fire Protection Publicity Month", attracting more people .

　　The fire-fighting robot, one of the special robots, was introduced into Yichang in January this year and is currently serving in the special service rescue squadron of fire control. In the front of the robot is a water cannon. “Through the water pipe connected behind, the robot can spray water column or foam to extinguish the fire. The shooting range is about 45 meters and about 15 floors high," said the firefighters at the scene.

　　It is said that the fire-fighting robot can work in all kinds of dangerous environments. The robot, instead of fire rescue personnel, is able to enter the flammable and explosive, toxic, anoxic, dense smoke and other dangerous and disaster scenes for data collection, processing and feedback, effectively solving the problems of personal safety and insufficient data collection faced by firefighting commanders in the above-mentioned places. On-site commanders can make timely scientific judgments on the disaster situation based on their feedback, and make correct and reasonable decisions on the scene of disaster and accidents.
