　　Inorder to further serve the urban night economic development and improve the living standard of the people, as well as the competitiveness and attractiveness of the city, we will support out door sales promotion in key business areas of the urban area in accordance with the principle of" safety, order and moderation". On May 30, the municipal public security bureau, the municipal bureau of commerce and the municipal urban management committee jointly issued an otice,allowing nine key business districts in the city to operate outside shops at night and during holidays.

　　The notice tells that from six p.m to six a.m everyday and a whole day in holiday from May 31 to July 31,  the Yiling Square in downtown business circle, Jiefang Road commercialpede strian street business circle, CAZ business circle, Wanda plaza business circle,Zhongnan Road business circle, Xintiandi business circle,  Shuiyuecheng business circle,Qiaobian town business circle, Xiaoting third street business circle, nine  key business circles has allowed outside  business (hereinafter referred to as "activity"). The above key business circle , in the prescribed area and period of time to carry out activities, needn't apply for the "temporary road occupatio npermit.

　　According to the requirements of the notice,the activity shall strictly implement the "fiveset" management requirements of "setting region,time,variety,responsibility and standard". The people's governments of all districts and the administrative committee of Yichang high-tech zone shall take measures such as marking lines or setting up signs to further clarify the activity areas, and shall notoccupyblindlanesorfire fighting passage ways, and shall notoperate outdoor barbecue.In principle,food and general merchandise should be classified into operating areas.
