　　In recent years, Yiling District has intensified the technological upgrading of industrial enterprises and accelerated the transformation of old and new kinetic energy. The local equipment manufacturing and other industries have entered a new phase by innovation-driven development instead of investment-driven model, changing from traditional manufacturing to “smart”manufacturing. At the same time, the enthusiasm and motivation for technological transformation of enterprises have been stimulated effectively by striving for funds to give subsidies. Over the past three years, 221 technological transformation projects have been implemented in the area, with an investment of 32.476 billion yuan. For three consecutive years, the industrial technological transformation investment accounted for more than 60% of industrial investment.
