Recently, the toll station at the Yiling District's Le Tianxi Townon the Yangtze River north section of the Three Gorges FanbaExpressway Project has begun equipment installation and commissioning, andthe countdown has started for thefinallaunchofthe northsectionof the Yangtze River at Fanba Expressway.

　　The northsectionof the Yangtze Riverat Fanba Expresswaystarts at the new port of Taiping River in Yiling District and ends at the Yiba Expressway. The opening of the new expresswaywill greatly ease the mounting pressure traffic pressure onthe special highway along the north bank of the Three Gorges, realizingthe seamlesslyconnection between the upstream and downstream cargo transportation, and givinga massive boost to the improvement of tourism transportation in the city.(Reporter Fu Beibei, correspondent Tian Sheng)
