On February 18, the Yichang Citizen’s Home, located at No. 46 Stadium Road in Xiling District, was officially opened.

　　On the same day, all the services provided by the municipal government bodies, including the Yichang Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Yichang Medical Security Bureau, Yichang Public Resources Transaction Centre (real estate transactions and registration office business only, excluding bidding business), Yichang Provident Fund Centre and Yichang Municipal People’s Card Centre, for the public, were then stationed at the Yichang Citizen’s Home as a whole.
