　　In recent years, Wufeng Country adhered to the strategy of “Economic Development Based on Ecological Protection”, and has been awarded as the first National Ecological Civilization Construction Demonstration County in Yichang and a national base of practice and innovation of Xi Jinping’s theory of “lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets”, and received the title of “China’s Natural Oxygen Bar”. At the beginning of this year, a new goal was set that the county will strive for making itself a national demonstrative county of ecological protection and economic development, contributing to building Yichang into a model city of Yangtze River Protection.
